Terms of Service
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Made-to-Order Policy
All products are made-to-order and custom stitched after order confirmation. We do not keep ready stock.
2. Advance Payment
Full advance payment is required to confirm all orders. Orders will not be processed without payment.
3. Order Changes
Customers can request changes to size or design within 6 hours of placing the order. After this, no changes will be accepted.
4. No Return & Refund
As all items are custom made, we do not offer returns or refunds once the order is placed.
5. Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on workload and design complexity. Delays (if any) will be communicated.
6. Product Variation
Slight differences in color or design may occur due to lighting, screen display, or handwork details.
7. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate size and order details. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information.
